Implementation Support Group
The strategy meetings bring about an inter- or transdisciplinary implementation support group consisting of all major levels that provides constructive-critical support for the continued process of implementation. The group meets regularly in a moderated setting, taking a close look at the current state of affairs and providing suggestions for further developments. In addition to actors from business, science, organised civil society, municipal institutions, etc., the participation of representatives from politics and administration is crucial: everyone must work together. Conflicts in implementation are brought to the table and negotiated. It is also crucial that representatives from the Citizens' Assembly are a part of the implementation support group.
Participants: representatives from actors' strategy meetings, representatives from politics/administration, Citizens' Assembly representatives
Question: Where do we stand? Are we still going in the right direction? What do we need to develop? What new ideas and impulses do we have? Who do we still need to get involved?
Goals: Continuously advanced the implementation of the recommendations. Incorporate many different perspectives. Activate, synchronize and coordinate initiatives to foster engagement, design new services, strengthen empowerment and raise awareness. The course of action can be adjusted at any time.
